8/22 – One day to go! Have you already bought your tickets to see Charice perform live?

Last year, Charice did an amazing five song set at the 2010 End of Summer Block Party. According to LAfan’s detailed concert report here, the audience definitely enjoyed her songs plus the dancing that she did. Almost everyone was singing along to her no. 1 hit single, Pyramid ft. Iyaz.

The people of Las Vegas must have had a really good time during Charice’s set because they’re bringing her back for this year’s End of Summer Block Party. 98.5 KLUC has just announced through their Twitter account that Charice’s addition to the performers list of the 2011 concert is now confirmed. The August 2011 issue of J-14 Magazine became available on newsstands last July 12, and Chasters who bought copies were in for a big thrill -  as Charice was proclaimed the No. 2 Hottest Girl in J-14′s Hot List.

No. 1 on the list is Miley Cyrus who stole the top spot from Selena Gomez (who got multiple first place finishes in past Hot Lists). Selena is now in the fourth spot below Demi Lovato, who got third place. While country superstar Taylor Swift nabbed the fifth spot. Read the full story

Articles include advice on beauty, fashion, and dating. Bop is published 11 to 12 times a year and each issue includes 6 giant posters and several mini posters. “Charice News Network” Report from the Citadel, Part 1

Hey Chasters! It seems like each time I sit down to write a report after a show, I ask myself what was the main thing that struck me during this particular Charice performance. Although each performance is unique in its own way, one thing remains constant. Listening to Charice sing in-person is like listening to a live studio recording, because she is always flawless in pitch, tone, timing and delivery. In this day and age of autotune, other artists also sound really good live because they are either aided by auto-tune on stage, or just lip-synch on stage to a recorded track. You can usually tell the difference between an artist’s studio recording and a live performance, because there will be intonations, pitches that differ slightly between the two. Read the full story
