Hmmm…this article has been posted 27 May and end June is nearing. Don’t tell me no relevant news about Charice is forthcoming?
No Oprah or DF news? No USA news? What is happening here? Has Charice finally become irrelevent all of a sudden?
Anyone knows what’s happening to her career? Suddenly she is now just a local Philippine talent and no more international gigs for her…….This could not have happened all of a sudden, there must be a reason.
Fanatics no snarling amd barking especially biting. Just asking……

I have visited the Philippines many years ago ’78 and ’91. Air Pollution was very bad back then. Btw I read somewhere the Deal No Deal will air @ 6PM and X-Factor will air (guessing) 9:30 PM Philippine time. The 6PM time was listed on a teaser. The X-Factor time is a guestimate based on twitter showing a 3 1/2 hr difference between DealNoDeal and X-Factor.

McCants explained that Adele and Whitney are ruled by the number9 which in numerology is the most powerful. She said, based on Adeles birth date May 5, 1988 when added together 5+5+1+9+8+8=36…Add: 3+6 to a single digit is 9.
Whitneys birth date August 9, 1963 when added together 8+9+1+9+6+3=36…Add: 3+6 to a single digit is 9.
She said the day Whitney died on Grammy night was Feb. 11, 2012 when added together 2+1+1+2+1+2=9. The numerologist said that the passing of Whitney and the Grammy win for Adele happening on the same day was strangely significant, it was like signalling the passing of a great one to the rising of the new one both ruled by the same numerological number9.
Here’s the interesting one. I further researched and found out that the numerological number of Charice is also the number 9 based on her birth date May 10, 1992 when added together 5+1+1+9+9+2=27…Add: 2+7 to a single digit is 9. Strange? Number 9 in numerology describes a person having universal conciousness, good understanding of mankind and sees no difference between a neighbor and a person of another culture, tolerance, generosity and forgiveness.

This also explains why so many people are drawn to her and not just bcoz of her voice but of her personality.
Thanks Surg, this is very interesting indeed.

You said the right words my friend…people are drawn to her.
Even the great Oprah and David Foster were drawn to her, why? How? We don’t know? Some forces of nature maybe?
People should think that Oprah and David Foster are business people in entertainment and have no time to waste their resources on somebody who barely spoke the English language. We are all witnesses to Charice history the past 4 years and her story is just unfolding. You can make your own conclusions? Others can make theirs? I think I agree with you that a Grammy is in her future?

On this Father’s Day, can’t help but think the death of her dad had a profound effect on her and maybe is some way changed her perspective on life. But I still see the smile and warmth, and the way she supports other singers tells me has not changed her core values which to me is the most important thing.
Love you Charice.

She captured the hearts of Oprah, Celine and evryone from her story with her father but the story seems to be wrong based on her reactions during and after death of her father…nobody knows how it turned that way, her father became an angel…anyone here knows the answer?

Here is an interesting story that you might learn from it i know I did, don’t start reading this one until you’ve got more than a minute to just ‘scan’ over it. It deserves some time for reflection.
“GOD LIVES UNDER THE BED”
I envy Kevin. My brother, Kevin, thinks God lives under his bed. At least that’s what I heard him say one night.
He was praying out loud in his dark bedroom, and I stopped to listen, are you there, God? He said. Where are you? Oh, I see. Under the bed…
I giggled softly and tiptoed off to my own room. Kevin’s unique perspectives are often a source of amusement. But that night something else lingered long after the humor. I realized for the first time the very different world Kevin lives in.
He was born 30 years ago, mentally disabled as a result of difficulties during labor. Apart from his size (he’s 6-foot-2), there are few ways in which he is an adult.
He reasons and communicates with the capabilities of a 7-year-old, and he always will. He will probably always believe that God lives under his bed, that Santa Claus is the one who fills the space under our tree every Christmas and that airplanes stay up in the sky because angels carry them.
I remember wondering if Kevin realizes he is different. Is he ever dissatisfied with his monotonous life?
Up before dawn each day, off to work at a workshop for the disabled, home to walk our cocker spaniel, return to eat his favorite macaroni-and-cheese for dinner, and later to bed.
The only variation in the entire scheme is laundry, when he hovers excitedly over the washing machine like a mother with her newborn child.
He does not seem dissatisfied.
He lopes out to the bus every morning at 7:05, eager for a day of simple work.
He wrings his hands excitedly while the water boils on the stove before dinner, and he stays up late twice a week to gather our dirty laundry for his next day’s laundry chores.
And Saturdays – oh, the bliss of Saturdays! That’s the day my Dad takes Kevin to the airport to have a soft drink, watch the planes land, and speculate loudly on the destination of each passenger inside. That one’s goin’ to Chi-car-go! Kevin shouts as he claps his hands.
His anticipation is so great he can hardly sleep on Friday nights. And so goes his world of daily rituals and weekend field trips.
He doesn’t know what it means to be discontent. His life is simple.
He will never know the entanglements of wealth or power, and he does not care what brand of clothing he wears or what kind of food he eats. His needs have always been met, and he never worries that one day they may not be.
His hands are diligent. Kevin is never more happy than when he is working. When he unloads the dishwasher or vacuums the carpet, his heart is completely in it.
He does not shrink from a job when it is begun, and he does not leave a job until it is finished. When his tasks are done, Kevin knows how to relax.
He is not obsessed with his work or the work of others. His heart is pure.
He still believes everyone tells the truth, promises must be kept, and when you are wrong, you apologize instead of argue.
Free from pride and unconcerned with appearances, Kevin is not afraid to cry when he is hurt, angry or sorry. He is always transparent, always sincere. And he trusts God.
Not confined by intellectual reasoning, when he comes to Christ, he comes as a child. Kevin seems to know God – to really be friends with Him in a way that is difficult for an ‘educated’ person to grasp. God is his closest companion.
In my moments of doubt and frustrations with Christianity, I envy the security Kevin has in his simple faith.
It is then that I am most willing to admit that he has some divine knowledge that rises above my mortal questions.
It is then I realize that perhaps he is not the one with the handicap. I am. My obligations, my fear, my pride, my circumstances – they all become disabilities when I do not trust them to God’s care.
Who knows if Kevin comprehends things I can never learn? After all, he has spent his whole life in that kind of innocence, praying after dark and soaking up the goodness and love of God.
And one day, when the mysteries of heaven are opened, and we are all amazed at how close God really is to our hearts, I’ll realize that God heard the simple prayers of a boy who believed that God lived under his bed.
Kevin won’t be surprised at all!

About Cha’s appearance…Why don’t we follow the respond of Japan Chaster..
They are full appreciative and supportive to Cha in any condition..
Moreover…they give title ‘ Charice is The Miraculous Voice’ in some article
Please don’t submit again the negative comments to Cha…since The basher and crabs have send a lot negative comments to Cha..
Though..we have different opinion about Cha’s appearance..but we must all unite with same agreement that ‘Charice is The Miraculous Voice’
Sorry about my poor English…

Your comment is a reflection of your sad experiences as a person. The harsh realities of life sometimes are too overwhelming to overcome but people have a choice about being positive or negative in life. Fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld called six time Grammy winner Adele “a very fat woman” but Adeles fans embraced her for what she is. You have your reasons for wanting Charice to fail, I hope you and your kind find happiness in it.

Like I said before, if you’re an old fart then Charice’s transformation wouldn’t be your cup of tea but that doesn’t mean it’s a bad thing for Charice.
It’s time for her to dress her age and not like a 30 year old.
Even the older Hollywood celebs dress the same way as the kids now a days, how about that…LOL!

1) because they’re much more comfortable wearing them
2) because they want to look like regular people
Now that isn’t so hard to understand right?
And I don’t think Charice feels like she’s a diva that wearing outrageous clothes is a must.
Just my opinion.

Some of us more chronologically advantaged Chasters think Charice’s new style is swagnacious!
Hopefully, we are also wise enough to not judge Charice, as a person, based on any temporal fashion that she enjoys. Instead, I hope that Chasters will appreciate the incomparable quality of Charice’s talent, the inspirational quality of her Character and the beautiful nature of her spirit. Let’s give Charice the right to be her own maturing self. Let’s respect the path that she chooses and be grateful for how and when she blesses us with her gifts. Or… move on. Labyo Chasters!

But seriously, you’re right. I do hope more of us old geezers are wise enough to understand what she’s trying to do.
David Foster stated before that Charice has to find her own music, where she feels more comfortable. So this genre she has chosen fits her age perfectly and her new style as well.
I’m sure if not for the malicious rumors that the Pinoy crabs have started, some people wouldn’t even think that there’s anything wrong with her new image.
And I say this bcoz, every time she’s back home a new rumor starts to circulate.
Coincidence? I don’t think so.

Honestly, I question the loyalty of fans who openly blame other fans who show their dedication to Charice by saying, It’s their fault that some fans are leaving.
They leave bcoz like you said, they’re incidental or confused fans.
Dedicated fans don’t jump ship at the first sign of adversity. You stick together as a unit. This is what makes a group stronger.
If you want to destroy a group, you find the weakest link to break it from the inside.
