Seoul, South Korea Added to Charice’s Asia Infinity Tour

Charice will be all over Asia this coming March with 5 concerts in 3 key countries: Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore.  And now, South Korea will also be a stop on her Asia Infinity Tour.

Two event ticketing websites have put up pages for Charice’s concert, Playdb.co.kr and Interpark.com. These websites might be in the Korean language, but we could easily understand the essential details about Charice’s first ever solo concert in Korea:

Date:  March 21, 2012 (Wednesday)
Time: 8:00 p.m.
Venue: AX Korea (광장동 악스 코리아)

Tickets go on sale on Wednesday, 18th January 2012, 5:00 pm. Additional details will be posted here as soon as they become available. So don’t forget to keep checking Charicemania.com for updates.

Untitled Seoul, South Korea Added to Charices Asia Infinity Tour

A concert in Seoul is really a great thing, not just for Charice’s Infinity album and career, but also for the fans who first saw her transform into an international star through South Korea’s tv show, Star King. Who would ever forget that moment, right?

Jojie, I’m with in your wish that Charice will get to do all those things, like being in a James Bond movies etc in the year 2012. Like you I’m waiting for the release of Her Comes The Boom movie starring John James, Salma Hayak and Charice. can you imagine how exciting it would be for chasters to march to the theatre to see our princess with substantial role in a major major movie? I think it would be ecstasy for the fans. Thanks for bringing up the subject, and God bless you for your support for Charice.

@Auau -thanks for your comment.I wish all chasters are considerate like you.Not all chasters have good command of the English language as it’s not their native language, but they abide by the rule to communicate in English .

Chasters command of the english language is much better than most of what I have seen in other forums. Considering much of what is posted here is not from countries where english is the first language the spelling and grammar is excellent.

Jojo, you’re welcome, and I understand you very well. I said Charice is about change; I think we should change what some group think that those who are not fluent in English are disabled or disqualified, and make a laughing stock out of them. I know that even native English speakers don’t do that(look down upon others) and it’s very ignorant to do.
English comes handy, but there are non-english- speaking people who came from a far(historically) older, richer civilizations, and if one opens his mind and listens to what other people are saying(including the poor and unschooled) one can learn something(humanity, for example) that will help end ones ignorance, prejudice and paranoia, and that can probably lead to world peace.
Another thing that should change are the smugness and inconsideration of some people in their overuse of their native language that excludes, disrespects and invalidates other groups. These people(two or three at a time) sometimes go on and on like drunken bullies that invaded the website, sometimes cursing non stop and bash other groups in their native language; like they’re thinking they have impunity, but I notice their comments get taken down eventually. Would it be nice if those people know what kindness and sensitivity mean? Wouldn’t the world be more beautiful?
Anyway you are an angel and a knight for CM, and thanks again. Keep doing what you’re doing, and more power to you!

Erin, it’s 2012, and time goes very fast, so Happy New Year to you! I have no doubt about your love and dedication for Charice, that’s why you are here; I’m sure Charice has changed your life, as well as Charice life has changed upon realizing she has us, fans all over the world. In short CHARICE IS ALL ABOUT CHANGE. Wouldn’t it be a great thing if you adapt a new year resolution to DO NOT SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF, just like another’s grammar and spelling when commenting? Or offer a solution/correction in a polite manner? Jojo has resorted to defending Jojie(it’s the way he knows and it works) because he understands that was a well-meaning comment, what was said is far important than however it was written or misspelled. Also keep in mind some folks use the iPhone nowadays instead of regular computers, and it’s easy to misspell things when sending messages. We are all participants in discussion of Charice because we have our love for Charice in common. A little more patience and understanding from you will go a long way and perhaps will bring back something good. I think that’s how Charice will resolve any differences. With love and Peace? Take care, and have a great day.

Wow, this is really, really great news. This piece of news made me so happy. It was really at Star King where Charice was noticed by the world. We Chasters are very appreciative of that fact. For a time, this has been my wish and my prayer that she go back to Korea and have a concert. My other wish is for her and Super Junior to perform on one stage. I wish there could be a repeat of A Whole New World with Kyu of Suju. Anyways, thanks for the South Korean producer who will bring Charice to S.Korea once again, I love you Charice!!!! More Power!!!

They L-O-V-E CHARICE over there in Korea; she should be an honorary citizen. This is like another way of returning the favor, or giving back. As they say, you KISS THE HAND that once fed you, and that’s why I’m proud of our princess. They would probably like her to dance again a la Michael Jackson. I pray she’ll be on top shape, her foot healed, by the time she starts the tour. Yeaah!!!

I don’t speak tagalog. I had to look up the meaning of the word “malikot”. There are a whole host of definitions for “malikot” – including naughty and mischievious. How is Charice using the word to describe herself?

I really like them too. Psychologically dancing is good for kids, to watch and to do; you are in motion, and you start feeling your life is going somewhere. They should be encouraged, and it’s good Charice is their Fairy Godmother(although Big Sister is more appropriate, because Charice is so young). Charice is a role model to kids in Asia. Mabuhay!

I’m proud of Charice, and can’t I say the word proud enough about our princess. She’s come a long way, in spite of what happened to her in her past and her childhood, the singing contest and her dad.
Her story is a little bit like that of Joseph in the bible(the story in the musical JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT written/composed by Andrew LLoyd Webber), which about forgiveness and moving on. It’s true, things happen for a reason, and life is gonna be fine, MAGHINTAY KA LAMANG.

Hey chasters, that’s an idea; MAGHINTAY LA LAMANG, the song should be expanded into a musical life story of Charice. Whoever wrote the song should explore it. Perhaps Charicemania should hold poetry(songs) contest; poems should all be about Charice life story, to be included as lyrics and narations in the musical. Many chasters, I think will be inspired to join; would you comment on this subject, along with the topic of Charice upcoming concerts?

Why the constant obsession with “hollywood” by us? Why can’t we Asians create our own “hollywood” here in Asia and promote our own culture? The west will never accept or idolize anyone other than their own, unless you beat the heck out of them and you’re the only one standing, like Pacquiao. The sooner we accept that, the better for us. Filipinos are particularly crazy for the west’s attention in futility; the other Asian countries have moved on.

You have great idea; this idea is always good. It will take big capital and investment, but doable, all for the love of it. It also takes work, trust, unity, interprise, persistence, and above all love for beauty and quality, all the necessary things for survival and longevity. It’s beautiful dream to come true; let’s all pray for this to happen, while Charice is our inspiration that guides many of us.

I find it amusing that some Fils make this sort of comments or even worst where in the first place they can’t even appreciate their own. They are the basheres haters of Charice who post horrible, disgusting and below the belt and savaged comments about Charice
Even your writing is in English or you watch Ame/western movies etc and you claim to be anti. Keep it to yourself, that is why progress is to distant to come by for bigots who have little or nothing to be proud for themselves as a person. Whatever Charice can give or share just appreciate it, take it or leave her alone

Besides Latin America there is a huge following in Australia. I’m glad she is including Hong Kong in her upcoming tour. It could be the “gateway stop” to being able to perform in Mainland China. Becoming the biggest superstar on the planet(even without the USA)will definitely happen when she conquers Mainland China (people’s republic of China) with its 1.3 Billion population. To get a sense of perspective the US population is only 300 million.

The only problem I foresee with Mainland China is the language barrier. I don’t know how much English is spoken in China although there is a chaster enclave there. BTW English is spoken fluently in HongKong which was once a British colony until 1997 when it reverted back to China.
