Five Grand Prize winners will be selected to spend the day with one of five celebrity mentors, including Charice!… plus a separate trip for two to attend a 2011 Teen Awards event. The First Prize winner gets $2,000 if your video gets the most fan votes.
Five Grand Prize winners will be mentored by a Sponsor-specified celebrity for a day who could be Charice, Joe Jonas, Meaghan Martin, Sterling Knight or Olympic Gold Medalist sprinter Allyson Felix.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. However, you do need to be a legal resident of the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec), and between 13-21 years of age.
To enter now through June 30, 2011, go to www.youtube.com/acuvue and upload a 1-minute video of what you dream of achieving one day. The most inspiring videos will be the Grand Prize winners as determined by your creativity, uniqueness, video quality, and passion in communicating your dream.
Also view all of the entries at youtube.com/acuvue to vote for your favorite video. The entry with the most votes (Thumbs Up) wins First Prize of $2,000 cash.
Be sure to read the Official Contest Rules carefully as there are five (5) separate Entry Periods and travel dates for the Grand Prize winners, which is determined by your answer to a question which best describes your current vision care.
