Hollywood Life reports an Exclusive Video from Perez Hilton’s Blue Ball Birthday Bash in Los Angeles last night and none other than our very own Charice gets the crowd jumping to her brief acapella cover of Lady Gaga’s ‘Born This Way.’ If she had sang any longer, the crowd woulda’ been dancin’ On The Floor!
Charice loves to sing and especially to sing Happy Birthday to her friends and even her fans. She has been caught on video singing impromptu Happy Birthdays to fans at appearances in Serramonte Mall (Daly City, Calif), Sacramento, to a Billboard staff person while visiting their studio for the Live Billboard Q&A interview, and even to a fan greeting her at the Thailand Airport. True to her nature, here she is again… well it’s not the ‘Happy Birthday’ song but one heckuva rendition of ‘Born This Way’ for the elated birthday boy, who calls it “an AMAZING version” on his website at perezhilton.com.
The Blue Ball Birthday Bash was held last night at Siren Studios on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles. Also included in the video are Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift, Sugarland, Nelly Furtado, Adele, Jennifer Hudson and Lady Gaga herself. Perez celebrates his 33rd birthday.

In the uncut version posted by PerezHilton in youtube Jennifer Hudson sang Happy Birthday (similar to the style Charice sang it in Thailand) as well as another entertaining singer complete with drum beating. Don’t know her name but she was great. Charice would have been the 3rd one had she sung that song. JH and the entertaining singer were the only ones not included during the video presentation at the party based on what I remember in the Hollywood Life clip (unless Hollywood Life edited them out). I think Born This Way or Happy Birthday, whichever song she sings to a celebrant, the celebrant should simply be appreciative/grateful.
