The only confusion remaining over Charice’s return to “Glee” has been the number of episodes she would return for, but the Philippine’s own teenage singing icon has finally cleared the issue up.
It had already been reported that her character, Sunshine Corazon, would make her return to the show in episode No 11, on February 6, in what has been dubbed ‘the Super Bowl episode,’ but little had been known regarding the number of appearances she would be making after the winter break.
However, while on stage at the SM Mall of Asia for the “1@11″ event on January 8, Charice revealed that she would be appearing on the TV musical phenomenon for as many as 7 episodes.
“Before I forget, I’m going to be back on ‘Glee.’ I’ll have 5 to 7 more episodes,” she announced to the crowd as she was preparing to leave the stage.
The message was short and swiftly delivered but rang clear, and coming from Charcie’s own lips, is just the type of confirmable news that Chasters and Gleeks have been waiting for.
The popularity of her character, and the impact of her performance in her one guest appearance last year, has made her return one of the most anticipated events of the show in 2011.
It now seems certain that ‘the Super Bowl episode‘ will also feature guest appearances by Gwyneth Paltrow as substitute teacher Holly Holiday, Darren Criss as Blaine, Dot-Marie Jones as Coach Beiste and CBS Evening News anchor Katie Couric as herself.
Charice is expected to perform a version of the Black Eyed Peas’ 2009 hit “Meet Me Half Way” along with Vocal Adrenaline, while Brittany looks set to sing Kathy Perry’s “California Gurls,” and Blaine, Kurt and the Dalton Academy Warblers to sing together Destiny Child’s “Bills, Bills, Bills.”
The Laguna-born songstress has confirmed in several recent interviews that she is still recording with the show, but exactly when Charice’s other appearances are to be made has not yet been revealed.

I’m so looking forward to seeing Charice again on Glee!
However, with all these private shows she’s doing and preparations for her upcoming Japan tour, I’m wondering when will she have the time to film her parts for the Glee SuperBowl episode? And if her schedule remains so busy, how is she going to film the other 5-7 episodes she’s supposedly going to be in.

hey, im trying to catch up with Glee, the last episode i had watched was S2 epi7… and then suddenly the link was blocked here in Dubai! I would appreciate if someone could give me a link without the needed download nor restriction nor blocked.. so i could keep myself up to date before charice re-appearance in Glee “super bowl”… before i used to watched @ http://www.watchgleeonline.com and yeheyTV {they stop uploading it}…but when i visited again the site,,, i have to download it first… i dont like to download as i was the caused of my laptop to acquired virus before…

GOJImorning to all Chasters! Just curious, why should our superstar-nova sing others music? Couldn’t w8 to see the “Superbowl Epi of Glee” and hear Cha’s version of Black Eyed Peas’ “Meet Me Halfway”. She has 5-7 episodes on Glee and hoping that one on these episodes she will sing her own songs, i.e. pyramid….
