Kinoshita Yukina teamed up with Charice for her first album release in Japan on July 7th.
Yukina took Charice’s song “Pyramid”, and translated it into Japanese.
Yukina said, “I started having interest in Charice, because it sounds like ‘Chorisu’ (Yukina’s way to say hello), and after I listened to her songs, I was so moved. I wanted to support her somehow, so I translated the song on my own. To do that makes young Japanese people listen to western music more.”
“CHARICE” will include a cover song of “Mikazuki” by Ayaka only in the Japan edition.
