I believe that this helps her deal with the memory of her difficult past, and puts more meaning into it as well. she may also be aware of the number of people she inspires not only on the basis of national pride, but also on a deep personal level, and this must surely be rewarding for her i think one of her more rewarding thrills is to be an instrument in giving to the needy, with the charities she is contributing to.
