Not only she can sing, she also can dance – Charice has shown off her energetic dance moves and singing prowess on “Good Morning America,” but has been invited to bring those skills to Cedars-Sinai Gala on Wednesday, November 04, 2009 at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Los Angeles, California. Will Charice sing and dance or just sing? One thing is for certain – She will finally get the chance to perform for her idol Justin Timberlake and hopefully get feedback from someone whom many consider the genre’s best. Justin’s signature boyish voice and smooth dance moves send ladies across the globe swooning.

The event, sponsored by Lexus, benefits the Cedars-Sinai Board of Governors Heart Stem Cell Center. As the event sponsor, Lexus donated a 2010 Lexus LS 600h L Luxury sedan for an opportunity drawing. Billy Bush of Access Hollywood to Emcee the event.

Justin Timberlake will receive the Heart of Hollywood Award during the event for his exemplary contributions to the entertainment industry. Sam Nazarian, along with his family members Younes and David Nazarian, will receive the Humanitarian Award for their numerous contributions to Los Angeles and Israel based communities including numerous charitable organizations. Larry and Sandy Post will receive the Philanthropic Leadership Award for their heartfelt dedication to their community and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. As a demonstration of their commitment, the Posts recently made a major lead gift to the Board of Governors Heart Stem Cell Center and currently serve on the Board of Governors of Cedars Sinai Medical Center.

The Gala benefits the Board of Governors Heart Stem Cell Center at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. The Center focuses on new ways to regenerate the ailing heart using advanced cell-based treatments involving the patient’s own adult, non-embryonic stem cells. The Center strives to provide better alternatives to traditional drugs, heart transplantation and implanted devices to help the 1.1 million Americans who suffer heart attacks each year as well as the 550,000 Americans diagnosed with heart failure.
