What’s beyond trendy? Uber-trendy, even? That would be Yaletown, Vancouver’s upscale heritage district. And Earls Yaletown Restaurant is at the centre of the swank vibe calling to you with a double-shot of temptation: a beautiful and oh-so hip Earls restaurant plus the posh sophistication of Earls’ latest adventure in upscale drinking and dining, the upstairs V .

Nestled between the picturesque False Creek seawall and the city’s vibrant downtown core, both V and Earls couple a classic brick-and-beam construction with contemporary coastal design for a sophisticated take on urban dining. Take a break from watching all the beautiful people with some fresh, modern fare punctuated with global flavours, hand-crafted cocktails, a comprehensive wine collection and approachable yet professional service. Truly, the patio scene here is not to be missed, and since we have the largest in Yaletown, there’s just all the more pleasure to go around.

Earls Yaletown is right at the core of Yaletown on Mainland Street. Tucked into the stylish brick facades around every corner are all manner of fashionable shops and services for your pleasure. GM Place and BC Place are just a ten-minute walk away, so we’re also a perfect starting and finishing point for the myriad of events held there. • Rocket Beet and Pear Salad | citrus dressed arugula, roasted beets, pears, goat cheese coulis, candied pecans and parmesan chips
• Feature Soup | I believe this will be butternut squash at the time of your booking.

ENTRÉE:

• Prawn and Scallop Linguini | prawns and scallops, citrus white wine cream sauce, grape tomatoes, fresh basil, arugula, grated parmesan, toasted pine nuts
• Hunan Kung Pao | wok fried noodles, seared vegetables, spicy ginger soy sauce, peanuts (with or without chicken)
• Oven Roasted Chicken | tender boneless chicken breast, seasonally prepared, roast potatoes, seasonal fresh vegetables
• Steak Frites | 7 oz Certified Angus Beef Top Sirloin served with Yukon Gold Fries

DESSERT:

• Toblerone® Brownie | signature individual chewy chocolate brownie, melted milk chocolate TOBLERONE centre, creme fraiche gelato
• Choice of coffee or tea
