   Now I am Caucasian but have been to The Philippines many times as my wife is Filipino, so I am well versed in the Filipino culture. Let me tell you Charice Pempengco is very attractive. Now Filipino’s may have there own standards on what is attractive but to the rest of the world, often what you think is attractive, is quite frankly not. You have to understand that your culture is very different. and as Charice is looking at worldwide domination, that’s going to be what counts. Obviously she is still young so will mature too and I’m sure, become very beautiful. I honestly find it quite depressing that The Philippines puts so much weight on looking more western. Your celebrities with the pale skin and straight noses look a little odd to the rest of the world. Believe it or not, Charice is far more attractive to me than Regine because she looks like a Filipino, not a carbon copy of an American. It saddens me that a lot of Filipinos can’t be proud of the country’s true looks.

   Also, singing isn’t just having a good voice. Or should I say, being an international superstar isn’t. It’s about many other things. How many world famous Filipino singers are there? None, now don’t get me wrong, I would love for this to change. But right now there are none. Now for a country with so many great singers that’s a bit weird right? Even Lea Salonga (if you were about to mention her) is not known enough by the general public. I honestly only know her name because I married a Filipino. However Charice is something different and that is why she has been watched five million times on Youtube, and that is why the Korean’s went crazy over her and that is why she was asked on the Ellen show and is being represented by Ed Shapiro.

   There are great voices up and down most countries, They are also everywhere in America, however there is only one Micheal Jackson and that’s the difference. As Filipino’s you should be raving about this girl to anyone that will listen because she could be your first worldwide superstar.

   When a performer glues you to the tv or stage and you can’t take your eyes of them, you know they have something special as a performer. Charice Pempengco has that. She is the whole package and she is, more importantly, extremely rare. You will not find [anyone like] her in every bar in The Philippines.

   Please don’t make that mistake and start knocking her down. The Philippines needs her. So embrace her. She is single-handedly, via a youtube video, making people talk about the country. Don’t underestimate that. When I travel to any other Asian country, I am one of many tourists travelling, when I go to The Philippines, I am the only one on the plane. It’s all about awareness, and believe me, Charice, can change that.

   I already tried to use my pseudonym TOPGUN last time and again today, but it is now “protected”.. Somebody did use it and is using it and has registered under this user name in the COMMUNITY CHAT.    Just a request, can you make a korean version of I will always love you in Charice most awaited album? Because Charice loves them so much and they will love more after she render that song on their language.

   This is just a request to all Charice fans:

   Please don’t let Charice be involved in politics! She is just starting her career and we want to see her as a successful and accomplished singing artist, not as a politician. She is too young and innocent and she does not know anything about politics. If you want to talk about politics, please do it on a politician’s site, not here or in the chat room. We are 100% talking about Charice here, using this medium to show our support and love for her as who she is. Just vote for the candidate that you have chosen, but, please don’t attach the name of Charice to any candidate.

   If we are a true fan of Charice, we are suppose to support and protect her, not to destroy her.

   Thank you so much for sharing the video, Ive been Tivoing Oprah now everyday since Oprah is managing Charice, it just tears me up that they ar so proud of Charice. Like Jay Leno said he 58 years old and that is my age too,I don’t know but Charice has made a big impact on me I have watched the latest video of the Carousel so many times that I didn’t realized I was watching it for 5 hours. I just love her performance of Billie Jean and I will survive. I have to do my chores and cook first I even open my laptop cause if not I stay glued to it for hours, its good all my kids are grown and hve their own lives if not everybody will starve cause I just love to watch Charice she just entertain everybody and makes you forget about the problems in life,I’m off to watch her videos again .Thank you FV for all the videos of Charice I only watch your channel cause you introduced Charice to us.I guess I’m going to CHA-BABAD again today cause I’M NOT WORKING TODAY.

    I love the way they talk about Charice. You could really see how convince or sure Foster is about her. And it is true for most of us that the moment Charice starts to sing, we start crying and we become happy too. It´s unexplainable. It´s remarkable . I really wonder how other people couldn´t feel that way about her.

    David Foster is the best in his field, no doubt about that. Happy birthday Mr. Foster and thank you very very much for supporting Charice and thanks to Ms. Oprah too.
